Pay:

$30

• 40/hr (based on experience)

Shift:

Monday-Friday | Full-Time (schedule may include a mix of in-office and administrative responsibilities)

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Connecticut.
• Prior experience in allergy and immunology, including immunotherapy injections and allergy testing (2-3+ years).
• Hands-on experience administering injections and supporting clinical procedures.
• Comfortable managing patient communication, including phone-based clinical support/triage.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby office locations (mileage reimbursement provided).

Job Summary:

• Administer allergy immunotherapy injections with a high degree of accuracy and patient safety.
• Perform allergy testing, including percutaneous and intradermal testing.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately, including documenting interventions.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, inhaler use, and emergency devices (e.g., epinephrine auto-injectors).
• Support additional clinical services such as nebulizer treatments and related documentation.
• Assist with clinical workflows, including patient follow-up and coordination of care.
• Participate in patient communication and potential triage responsibilities as part of the care team.
• Structured onboarding with hands-on training and shadowing.
