Community Association Manager

Danbury, Connecticut based property management firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced community association manager to join our company to manage a diverse portfolio based in the greater Danbury CT area.

Requirements:

The Association Manager will interact with staff, board members, committee members, residents, and third-party vendors. CMCA c ertification; licensed by the state of CT; and experience in managing community associations is required . Candidates must be proficient in accounting and financial reporting, experience with Microsoft software, be detailed oriented, excellent oral and written communication skills and be a self-starter. Candidates must be available to attend evening meetings and will be on call for off-hour emergency calls. Salary commensurate with experience.
