13 Weeks Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care facility. This role requires strong clinical expertise, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes Assist residents with daily living activities Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards Qualifications Active North Dakota LPN License IV Certification (Required) Minimum 1 year of LTC/nursing home experience preferred Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with PointClickCare charting system Previous travel or contract experience For more details reach at vgill@navitassols.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1203 .
