3:00 PM - 11:30PM Weekly Hours:
40Hours Schedule:
Every other weekend and rotating holidays required About theRole:
Seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting while supervising nursing assistants and supporting resident care needs.Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and administer medications Supervise nursing assistants and support staff Maintain accurate admissions, transfer, and discharge documentation Implement physician orders and care plans Monitor patient conditions and document treatment responses Perform catheter care, tube feeding, wound care, and specimen collection Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families on healthcare needs Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulations Support audits, inspections, and quality initiativesRequirements & Preferred Skills:
Active Massachusetts LPN License requiredBLS / CPR / AED
Certification required Long-term care experience preferred Strong documentation and charting skills Ability to supervise staff effectively Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of patient care standards and compliance regulationsContact Information:
