ASAP Schedule 3 x 12-hour night shifts per week 36 guaranteed hours per week Holiday coverage required Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long Term Care setting. The role includes supervising daily nursing activities during night shifts while ensuring safe, compliant, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support daily nursing activities during assigned shift Provide direct patient care, including assistance with ADLs Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations Support rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare EMR Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams Required Qualifications Active Colorado LPN License Minimum 3 years of experience in LTC, hospital, or similar clinical setting Current

BLS/BCLS
