Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Help residents with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility using assistive devices such as walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.Medication Support:
Under LPN/RN supervision, prepare, administer, and monitor medications, track intake/output, and document administration.Safety & Emergency Response:
Monitor for environmental hazards, respond to emergencies, and follow disaster response protocols.Social & Emotional Support:
Engage residents in activities, provide companionship, and address concerns or conflicts between residents.Housekeeping & Dining Support:
Escort residents to meals, assist with eating, set and clear tables, and perform light housekeeping.Documentation:

Assist new residents and families with introductions and orientation to facility rules and activities.Skills & Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; CNA/HHA certification preferred; CPR certification required.Experience:
Prior experience in assisted living, healthcare, or related caregiving roles is beneficial.Skills:
Strong communication, empathy, patience, and teamwork; ability to follow safety and infection control protocols; basic computer skills.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Work Environment Works in assisted living, skilled nursing, or similar residential care facilities. Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and varying hours based on resident needs. Exposure to potential hazards such as falls, infectious diseases, and waste.In summary:
