Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Assisted Living

THE ROLE

We are hiring a full-time LPN for the day shift. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents and supporting the overall health and well-being of those in our community.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and document resident health status and changes in condition
• Coordinate care planning with interdisciplinary team members
• Perform wound care, vital signs, and other clinical assessments
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare providers
• Supervise and guide CNAs on shift

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a related setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• A genuine passion for elder care and resident dignity

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Pay:

  $25
• 30 per hour

• Schedule:

  Day shift, full-time
• PTO and paid holidays
