Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -Assisted Living

Cornerstone Residence Fosston is looking for a full-time or part-time LPN to work at our Assisted Living Facility with Memory Care. Flexible schedule and hours, no weekends and no holidays. Shortened job description - Full Job Description available from the Facility. This position will ensure that the health and safety of all residents are met. The LPN will assist the RN with planning, coordinating, and managing the assisted living services and act within the Assisted Living facility regulations. The LPN is responsible for the direction, coordination, and monitoring of assisted living service delivery under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Supervisor (RN) and responsible to the Assisted Living Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be licensed with the State of Minnesota as a LPN and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure. Working knowledge of professional nursing. Must have a valid driver's license if driving is required. At least 3 years' experience in related field

OTHER SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Possess a sensitivity and aptitude for working with the elderly. Possess skills to communicate effectively with those you supervise, residents, family members, staff, medical professionals, and RN. Possess leadership / supervisory skills. Handle emergency situations competently and calmly. Must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently. Pay:

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
