LPN Medical Team Administrator Cherokee County Jail | Centre, Alabama Full Time | Rotating Schedule Competitive Pay Lead with Confidence. Care with Purpose. Southern Health Partners is seeking a strong, experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to step into the role of Medical Team Administrator at the Cherokee County Jail in Centre, Alabama. This full-time leadership position combines hands-on patient care with daily clinical coordination, giving you the opportunity to make a measurable impact while working alongside a supportive and experienced healthcare team. You will rotate schedules with another nurse leader, creating consistency, teamwork, and continuity of care within the facility. Every shift brings structure, purpose, and the chance to guide both patient outcomes and operational excellence. With over 30 years of correctional healthcare experience, Southern Health Partners provides the training, clinical support, and leadership resources needed to help you thrive in a secure healthcare environment.
