We are currently seeking a skilled and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Health Services team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centered care while supporting residents' physical, emotional, and overall well-being.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct nursing care within the LPN scope of practice Administer medications and treatments Observe, assess, and document resident conditions and care provided Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team Support individualized care plans for Assisted Living and Memory Care Assist with training and supporting medication aides and new team members Model Touchmark values and uphold Gold Standards of care

What We're Looking For:

LPN degree from an accredited nursing program with current state licensure 1-2 years of experience working with older adults preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to maintain per state requirements) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Compassion, professionalism, and commitment to resident-centered care Ability to work rotating weekends and flexible hours as needed This is more than a nursing position — it's an opportunity to make a genuine difference every day in the lives of seniors while working for a community that values excellence, integrity, and compassion.
