Licensed Professional Land Surveyor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the field crews and coordinate boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking. Prepare detailed survey reports and legal descriptions. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members. Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Licensed Professional Land Surveyor Qualifications:

Missouri Professional Land Surveyor License:

You must hold a valid PLS license in the state of Missouri. (Illinois license is a plus).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using surveying software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Trimble Products or other Survey Software, Microsoft Office, etc.) and familiarity with many types of surveying (Boundary, ALTA /NSPS Land Title, Topographic, As-Built Surveys, Construction Staking, etc.). Attention to
