We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties while delivering exceptional customer service. While we prefer candidates with prior real estate experience, we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn, grow, and build a successful career in real estate. Our brokerage offers a competitive commission structure with a cap and the opportunity for agents to achieve 100% commission each year, along with a supportive team environment focused on professional growth and long-term success. Responsibilities Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process by providing expert guidance and support Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers or tenants Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital platforms, social media, and traditional channels to maximize property exposure Maintain detailed records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings using real estate administrative tools Ensure all activities comply with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Build and maintain strong relationships within the community and with past and prospective clients Qualifications & Skills Active real estate license in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and/or West Virginia (or willingness to obtain additional state licenses) Strong negotiation skills with the ability to successfully close transactions Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience marketing properties through digital and traditional channels Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently Prior real estate sales or administrative experience preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Why Join J&B Real Estate?
