Job Description
Key Responsibilities First-Class Support & Resolution:
Act as the primary contact for all service-related HR inquiries. Manage, track, and trace tickets to ensure end-to-end resolution while providing an exceptional customer service experience.Proactive HR Advisory:
Offer proactive advisory services on HR processes to line managers and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).Business Partnership & Insights:
Stay deeply knowledgeable about business operations, organizational structure, and key stakeholders. Maintain regular contact and conduct reviews with assigned HR teams, demonstrating a sharp awareness of site-specific strategies, challenges, and nuances.Quality Assurance:
Monitor the quality of transactional work produced by HR Hubs and keep a close eye on key HR service metrics.Project Collaboration:
Lend your expertise to site-specific HR projects as needed, maintaining a comprehensive working knowledge of both global and local HR policies.Ad-Hoc Strategy:
Provide dynamic support and advice during critical HR calendar events and annual cycles.salary:

Serve as the main contact for service-related inquiries from recruitment, managers, employees, and other HR team members. Ensure the complete resolution of HR requests, including tracking and tracing. Offer outstanding customer service by promptly resolving queries and issues, really committing to provide a high-end user experience. Stay knowledgeable about business operations, structure, and key contacts to provide ad-hoc support and advice during HR calendar events. Monitor the quality of transactional work produced by the Hubs and key HR service metrics. Offer proactive advisory services on HR processes for HR Business Partners and line managers.
