Licensed Residential HVAC Service Technician

Seeking an experienced, licensed residential HVAC technician for service, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair work on residential heating and cooling systems . Applicant should be in the Burlington County area. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics on residential HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, and refrigeration equipment. Repair and replace faulty components such as compressors, thermostats, motors, valves, and electrical wiring. Conduct routine maintenance tasks like filter replacements, system cleaning, refrigerant recharges, and system tune-ups to ensure peak performance. Install new HVAC systems according to design specifications and local building codes, ensuring proper airflow, ventilation, and energy efficiency. Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues involving plumbing connections, refrigeration cycles, ammonia refrigeration systems, and HVAC/R equipment. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to diagnose electrical issues or perform minor repairs on-site. Maintain service records, update customer files with work performed, and communicate clearly about system status and recommended solutions. Requirements Valid state-issued HVAC license with residential certification. Proven experience as a service technician specializing in HVAC systems within residential settings and property maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC equipment repair procedures. Familiarity with plumbing systems related to HVAC units. Experience working with field service tools including ohmmeters, refrigerant gauges, welding equipment, and other diagnostic instruments.
