Our Bulverde salon is seeking an experienced Salon Manager who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about developing stylists and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

Proven salon leadership experience required High-volume salon experience strongly preferred Strong technical haircutting skills Ability to coach, train, and motivate a team Positive leadership style with excellent communication Flexible and dependable schedule Passion for customer service, team culture, and operational excellence

Responsibilities:

Lead daily salon operations and team performance Train and develop stylists through hands-on coaching Maintain strong customer experience and retention Support staffing, scheduling, and productivity goals Help drive salon growth and team success
