Job Description:

Within Reach Healing is a growing, collaborative wellness center in Hinsdale, IL , offering a unique integrative care model. We are seeking a Licensed Therapist in Illinois with advanced training in Somatic Therapy and/or EMDR to join our wellness team to work with kids and adults as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

Provide Somatic Therapy and/or EMDR to clients Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with our holistic provider team Participate in a supportive team-based environment with natural referral flow Help build a connected community space for both clients and practitioners Keep all records and schedules in Jane.app that is provided

Qualifications:

Licensed Therapist in IL ( LCPC, LCSW ) Advanced training in Somatic Therapy and/or EMDR Trauma-informed care experience Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working as an independent contractor on a percentage split model

Compensation:

This is an independent contractor role on a percentage split model actual earnings vary based on caseload and experience. Estimated range $60,000-$120,000/year depending on client volume and contribution.
