Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm, must be able to work 1-2 weekend days every 4-6wks. On weeks where weekend days are worked, 1 day during the week will be flexed off.

We invest in your time—leveraging proprietary AI technology to simplify documentation and give you more time where it matters most: patient care Job Duties Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI) Support discharge planning and continuity of care Requirements Masters' Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field required. Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred Provisionally or Independently Licensed in the State of Colorado required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health-related field. LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) LAC (Licensed Addictions Counselor LPCC (Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate) LSW (Licensed Social Worker) MFTC (Marriage & Family Therapist Candidate) CAS (Certified Addiction Specialist) Experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders preferred Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset CPR and BFA Certification required.
