Licensed Therapist-Private Practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Ph.D.)

North Point Psychological Services is an established private practice located in the heart of Cranberry Township. We've been in business for the past 16 years. As a small practice, we strive to create a supportive yet relaxed environment where you and your clients will feel comfortable. We are currently looking to hire a licensed clinician (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Ph.D.) who is interested in working with individuals, couples, and/or families. Our referrals present with a wide range of concerns; relationship challenges, life adjustments, anxiety, and depression are prominent. This is an independent contractor position, which provides clinicians with autonomy and flexibility to create their own schedule. Current license to practice, malpractice insurance, and clearances are required. Completed credentialing with major insurance companies is preferred, but not required. If you are not yet credentialed, we will assist you in that process. You will have the freedom and independence to focus solely on direct client care, as North Point provides all things necessary to perform the duties of a therapist. We will provide you with client referrals. You will have a fully furnished office with windows, and if you are willing to see 20+ clients per week, this office will be entirely yours to arrange and decorate as you would like. We also provide billing, dedicated administrative support, advertising (including Psychology Today website), and access to Electronic Health Records. Compensation is based on a percentage of fee received for each clinical visit completed. Typical take-home rates for Masters level clinicians is $65

• 80 per clinical hour, depending on insurance company; reimbursement rates for Ph.D. level clinicians is $90
• $110 per hour. Our current Masters level clinicians made between $55,000
• $110,000 last year.
