Duration:

28 WEEKS with possible extension

Shift :

6 AM TO 2: 30 PM

FRI TO TUE

Description:

Monitor patients' vital signs. Ensure that patients take their medication. Observe patients' progress throughout treatment. Consult patients' families about the patients' progress. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients. Provide catheter care and support for patients with specific medical needs. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Document patient information accurately in medical records following ICD-9 coding standards. Participate in behavioral health assessments and interventions as required. Assist in emergency situations within the emergency room or ICU settings when necessary. Provide care for patients in specialized units such as PICU or neonatal ventilator units if applicable.
