Who We're Looking For:

Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or equivalent. Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LMFT) or other pre licensed with at least 25 client hours/week availability. Comfortable documenting medical necessity for insurance reimbursement and completing timely notes. Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, warm, and professional.

Tech-savvy:

proficient with EMR systems, Microsoft 365, video recording, and telehealth platforms. Experience or strong interest in EFT, EMDR,IFS or trauma-informed care, sex therapy, faith/spiritual integration, and working with diverse populations (including LGBTQ+). Willingness to work occasional weekends and participate in ongoing supervision and team meetings. Must practice exclusively within AZRI—no outside independent practice permitted. Community Health ok Must be oked by Management.
