Life Enrichment Coordinator

Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator for Cambridge Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, located in Cambridge, Ohio. This is a full-time position. The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for providing life enrichment activities that will engage our residents in mental, physical, social, spiritual and creative capacities. Duties and Responsibilities Possess compassion and understanding for seniors. Develop individual and group relationships with residents, their family members, and guests. Develop programs to provide meaningful activities. Track resident participation in programs and develop a plan to get all residents involved with activities that are designed to meet them where they are in the journey. Direct and supervise all life enrichment activities. Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability. Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements. Skills/Qualifications Must have a passion for seniors. Experience working with individuals living with cognitive impairment is preferred. Regular attendance is required. Must have a valid driver's license, insurance and insurable driving record. Ability to drive assigned vehicles in a safe and courteous manner. Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees. Must be a team player.
