At Bear Paddle, it's more than just a job. Our Swim Teachers work with children to learn swimming skills that will have a huge impact on their lives! We strive to hire dependable, family-oriented teachers that go above and beyond to ensure each child receives the best possible swim lessons. The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the Swim School meets and exceeds expectations for providing a safe pool experience. They have working knowledge of swim lessons and evaluates pool conditions. This position reports to the management team. Requirements:

At least 16 years of age Background check required Certified Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate, or equivalent American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, or equivalent American Red Cross Standard First Aid, or equivalent
