Summary We are seeking a passionate Lifeguard to join our pool services team for the 2026 SEASON at Midland Country Club. In this role, you will assist in providing top-tier service to our club members in our pool area, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and attentiveness while contributing to an exceptional recreational experience for our members. Responsibilities Employ strong communication skills to engage with club members warmly and professionally, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Collaborate effectively with team members to guarantee a smooth workflow during service. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism by adhering to club policies and procedures, ensuring that each interaction reflects the values of Midland Country Club. Handle any customer complaints or concerns with grace and urgency, seeking to resolve issues effectively to uphold the club's reputation for exceptional service. Qualifications Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage members and provide personalized service in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Previous experience working in a private club environment is advantageous. Strong verbal communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with members and staff.
