Seasonal | College Students Encouraged to Apply Courageous Community Services (CCS) is hiring certified Lifeguards to support children and adults with disabilities in an inclusive camp setting. Lifeguards ensure the safety of campers, staff, and volunteers at our aquatic facility by maintaining constant supervision and responding calmly and effectively to emergencies. Key Responsibilities Maintain constant surveillance of all participants in the pool and surrounding aquatic areas Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies, providing rescue assistance and emergency care until EMS arrives Support a safe, inclusive, and respectful aquatic environment for campers of all abilities Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and high standard of conduct Perform routine safety checks and light facility maintenance Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and documentation Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:
