Assistant Kitchen Manager Job Type:

Full-time or Part-time Position Overview We're looking for a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our supper club kitchen team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You'll play a key role in preparing high-quality dishes that our guests come back for again and again. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods Follow Prep Sheets and maintain a clean, organized station Ensure food quality, portion accuracy, and consistency across all dishes Coordinate with other stations for accurate and timely service Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly Support team members and promote a positive, respectful kitchen culture Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 6+ months of recent kitchen experience (line cook, prep, or fry cook) Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods (8+ hours) Works well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in presentation and consistency Benefits Employee meal discounts Flexible scheduling Paid training and advancement opportunities Other Schedule 8-10 hour shifts Day, evening, and weekend availability required Work Location In-person —
