Line Cook Saj Beirut is looking for 2 reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as a Line Cook for our weekly stand at the Kailua Farmers Market. If you thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment and have a passion for authentic Lebanese flavors, we want to meet you!

Shift Details Location:

Kailua Farmers Market (Thursday)

Time:

2:30 PM - 7:30

PM Status:

Part-time / Contract Core Responsibilities As a Line Cook , you will be the engine of our market operations.

Your primary duties will include:

Station Setup:

Assisting with the physical setup of the market booth and equipment.

Live Cooking:

Grilling and preparing traditional flatbreads and toppings on the saj (domed griddle).

Service Prep:

Handling on-the-fly food preparation and assembly during peak service hours.

Station Management:

Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times.

Breakdown:

Collaborating with the team to dismantle the booth and complete post-market cleanup. Requirements We are looking for a Line Cook who is ready to hit the ground running:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of professional kitchen experience (fast-paced or high-volume environments preferred).

Certification:

Must hold a valid Food Handler Certificate .

Punctuality:

Absolute reliability is a must for our Thursday market schedule.

Efficiency:

Ability to work quickly and maintain quality under pressure in a busy outdoor setting.
