At the heart of our kitchen is our Executive Chef & General Manager, Danny , whose passion, leadership, and experience shape everything we do. Danny cultivated an impressive culinary and hospitality career as an Executive Chef in the heart of Times Square, New York City , leading kitchens in upscale restaurants known for innovative cuisine. He trained in Paris , worked alongside renowned chefs featured on the Food Network , and gained valuable hospitality management experience with prestigious brands such as Disney and Crowne Plaza . His background in fine dining and high‑end hospitality creates a professional, supportive kitchen environment focused on quality, consistency, and teamwork. We're now looking for a Cook to join our team and grow within this vision. Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed at all times Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient food service during busy periods Follow all food industry regulations and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential Knowledge of food handling, cooking methods, and meal presentation is required Experience with catering or large-scale food service operations will be advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards Passion for culinary arts with a desire to grow within the food industry Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through your culinary talent!
