Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines Prep stations efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of ala carte orders Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and your station throughout your shift Support PDR events by preparing large quantities of food with precision Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, line cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food industry setting Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques and meet time standards of a high volume professional kitchen. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures. Must have a food handlers. Ability to work quickly and efficiently with high energy throught the whole shift in a high-pressure environment Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward serving others Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a real impact!
