Line Cook

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team in the food industry. We are primarily looking for nights and weekends. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our delicious menu items. Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Adhere to all dietary department guidelines and restrictions
• Assist with catering events as required

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
