The Local Sixty-Three is seeking a Line Cook / Chef to join our team as we fill an upcoming opening. We are a farm-to-table restaurant with an evolving, seasonal menu that highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients from local farms and mongers. We take pride in our mostly scratch kitchen and foster a collaborative environment where creativity is encouraged. Our team members have the opportunity to contribute ideas and play a role in menu development. Responsibilities Food prep, station setup, and breakdown Working service across stations Maintaining a clean and organized workspace Assisting with light dish duties during morning prep Qualifications Experience working sauté station Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with others in a team-oriented mindset Position Details Approximately 40 hours per week Set weekly schedule Kitchen operates Thursday through Monday Service hours: 12 PM - 8/9 PM (lunch & dinner) Guaranteed days off: Tuesday & Wednesday $20-24 per hour plus kitchen tip-out from front of house Compensation is based on experience and skills.
