What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes according to our recipes and quality standardsMaintain station organization and cleanliness throughout your shiftCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely, consistent plate presentationMonitor food quality and follow proper food safety protocolsRespond to service demands while maintaining composure during peak hours

What We're Looking For:

You have line cook experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You're detail-oriented, a team player, and genuinely passionate about cooking.

Compensation:

We're offering hourly positions with the opportunity to transition to salary after one month, based on performance.
