This position combines leadership, sales, compliance, and customer education in a fast-paced and welcoming environment. You'll help guide customers through our product offerings, support inventory and store operations, and ensure all interactions align with company standards and state regulations. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, knowledgeable about hemp-derived products, and passionate about helping customers feel informed and comfortable. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by educating guests on hemp-derived products including cannabinoids, consumption methods, product benefits, and responsible usage. Drive sales through personalized recommendations, upselling, and creating a welcoming retail experience. Support day-to-day dispensary operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising. Assist with maintaining compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal hemp regulations, ID verification procedures, and company policies. Maintain accurate inventory records, product intake logs, and sales reporting using POS and inventory management systems. Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Help train and mentor team members on products, customer service standards, and operational procedures. Address customer concerns professionally and resolve conflicts with a calm, solution-oriented approach. Assist with receiving shipments, labeling products, auditing inventory, and monitoring stock levels. Support marketing initiatives, promotions, loyalty programs, and community engagement efforts. Stay informed on industry trends, new products, cannabinoids, and evolving hemp regulations. Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals, maintain operational efficiency, and foster a positive team culture. Experience & Qualifications Previous retail, dispensary, smoke shop, wellness, or customer service experience preferred. Leadership or keyholder experience is highly valued. Strong sales skills with the ability to confidently recommend products and educate customers. Knowledge of hemp-derived cannabinoids such as CBD, Delta-8, Delta-9, THCa, CBN, and related products preferred. Experience with POS systems, cash handling, inventory tracking, and retail operations. Ability to maintain professionalism and compliance in a regulated retail environment. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with state regulations.
