Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to providing high-quality meal preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in food safety, and ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in the food industry and are eager to contribute to a dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during meal periods. Monitor inventory levels. Assist with catering for special events or functions as required, ensuring high-quality presentation. Qualifications Previous experience in a cooking or food service role is preferred, particularly in a catering or restaurant setting. Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A passion for cooking.
