What You'll Do Prep your station and set up for seamless, high-volume service Cook made-to-order dishes with precision and pride (grill, sauté, or fry station) Deliver exceptional plates that exceed guest expectations every time Keep your workspace spotless and sanitary throughout your shift Help with nightly kitchen, prep area, and walk-in cooler cleanup and organization Requirements All candidates must be: Truly passionate about food and delivering an outstanding guest experience Technically strong and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen Reliable, positive, and a team player Station-Specific Experience Grill Chef /

Line Cook :

Required•strong experience grilling premium steaks and fresh seafood. Preferred•previous steakhouse background. Sauté Chef /

Line Cook :

Required•solid sauté technique and experience with complex sauces/pans. Preferred•French or Italian cuisine background. Fry Chef /

Line Cook :

Required•high-volume frying experience, especially seafood, with attention to timing and quality. What We Offer
