Line Cook

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen
• Assist with meal preparation and help in the kitchen as needed
• Collaborate with the team to plan menus and create new dishes
• Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling dietary requests and preferences
• Support catering events by preparing and serving food
• Operate kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens
• Use knives and other tools to chop, slice, and dice ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
