About Turnovi Turnovi is a fast-growing vacation rental management company proudly serving the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania. We manage premium homes in and around Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Hidden Valley Resort, Ohiopyle, and Ligonier. Our mission is to deliver spotless, guest-ready properties so owners earn more and guests keep coming back. The Role As a Turnover Specialist, you are the most important person in making sure every home is perfectly cleaned, inspected, and restocked between guest stays. You'll work directly with our local operations team and use our app to complete turns efficiently and to our high standards. What You'll Do Perform full turnover cleans of 2-5+ bedroom vacation homes (deep cleaning, stripping/making beds, restocking amenities, light maintenance checks) Follow detailed digital checklists for each property via our app Remove all used linens and stage bags for off-site commercial laundry pickup (no on-site laundry required) Report any maintenance issues or damage immediately with photos Restock consumables (toilet paper, coffee pods, soap, etc.) Conduct final quality-control walkthroughs and stage the home to feel welcoming for arriving guests Locations We Need You Seven Springs Mountain Resort & Champion area Hidden Valley Resort Ohiopyle / Confluence Ligonier / Laughlintown / Rector Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week Consistent, year-round work - turns scheduled 7 days a week based on guest check-out/check-in times Weekend and holiday availability required Schedules published 1-2 weeks in advance Pay & Benefits $20/hr Holiday pay Paid training period Opportunity for advancement Requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (you'll drive property-to-property) Smartphone capable of running our app Extreme attention to detail and pride in your work Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and be on your feet for several hours Previous professional cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or vacation rental turnover experience strongly preferred (we will train the right candidates) Must pass a background check Comfortable working independently and managing your own daily route Why Join Turnovi?
