Job description About us John J. Jeffries is an independent restaurant established in 2006 in Lancaster, PA. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and utensils Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety standards Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

Requirements:

Proven experience as a line cook or relevant role Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate has previous experience as a line cook, knowledge of various cooking techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
