Line Cook

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to perfection and in accordance with our established standards of quality and safety. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Monitor food quality during cooking processes to ensure consistency and excellence. Participate in catering events as required, assisting with meal preparation and service. Experience Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the culinary field is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and food safety practices. Experience in meal preparation for large groups or catering services is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
