• Based on experience) Line cooks are responsible for preparing food for customers in a fast-paced and efficient manner.

They work in conjunction with the cashiering staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Line cooks must be able to follow recipes and instructions, as well as be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be able to handle high volumes of work and have to ability to work and remain calm under pressure. Line cooks are a vital part of our successful restaurant team! Line Cook responsibilities:

Completing food prep duties such as Cleaning and cutting ingredients for use Preparing sauces for use within the restaurant Assisting with kitchen station set up and stocking Cleaning and maintaining prep areas and kitchenware as needed Working with front of house staff to ensure orders fulfill guest's requests Cooking food in your station in a timely and effective manner Plating dishes based on guidance from a senior team member

Line Cook Requirements:

The ability to safely life, move, and place objects that weigh 50lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time The ability to reach, bend, and twist as needed Ability to use hands to control, feel, and operate tools and objects Experience within a kitchen environment Able to follow recipes accurately and to make adjustments as needed to fulfill guests' specifications Our restaurant is a fast-paced and rewarding place to work.
