Line Cook for Fresh Fish Market/Take-Out and Catering

Needs to be skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking a wide range of foods, including soups, salads, as well as Catering entrees. Should have hands-on experience in baking, roasting, grilling, boiling, and frying meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods. Will need to have a an eye for garnishing, arranging and serving food to our clients will be responsible for of checking freshness of raw food and ingredients before cooking Ordering the Staples of the Kitchen. Needs to have a real enthusiasm for food...a little excitement goes a long way at Metro...dont be afraid to be passionate.
