WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN A LINE COOK

Hardworking, attentive, and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service Experience as a cook desired, preferably in a fine dining restaurant Flexible availability to work mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed

Set up cooking station with delicious food products and supplies Read computerized orders and use recipes to cook orders Operate kitchen equipment Clean, restock, and organize workstation during the shift Follow Clyde's high standards for food safety and quality
