Job Description
Prepare and cook menu items at a specific station (grill, sauté, fry, salad), managing their station's set up, restocking, cooking to order, plating, and cleaning, all while adhering to strict sanitation and quality standards in a fast paced kitchen environment, requiring teamwork, and focus on food safety. Ability to work in a hot and open mesquite grill area. Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes. Physical demanding and constant movement on weekends. Must be able to work weekends, evening shift till 10:30 pm . Tuesday to Saturday.
