Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control Assist with prep work including sauces, sides, proteins, and station setup Follow sanitation, safety, and cleanliness procedures Keep workstations organized and stocked during service Work efficiently during high-volume shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations Help with inventory, receiving, and food storage as needed
