Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Execute food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients with accuracy Cook a variety of menu items using proper techniques, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation to prevent waste and ensure freshness Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within restaurant or food industry settings Excellent knife skills with the ability to handle various kitchen tools safely and efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in menu planning, catering, and serving in fast-paced environments Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and basic culinary techniques Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude Join us to bring your culinary talents to life!
