Line Cook/Prep Cook

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at our full-service Holiday Inn. This role is essential to delivering high-quality dining experiences for our guests through our on-site restaurant, bar, and banquet events. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, maintains high standards of food quality and cleanliness, and works well as part of a team. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and brand standards Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with food prep, inventory, and receiving deliveries Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Support banquet and event food preparation as needed Qualifications Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (hotel or restaurant experience a plus) Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Work Location In person
