Production Team Member:

Walk-In Application & Same-Day Interview Industrial Packaging Corporation is a leading manufacturer of high-quality packaging products. We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our Production Team as Feeders and Catchers. These positions play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. IPC is looking for candidates who are genuinely interested in long-term employment and able to start work soon. Responsibilities:

Feeder Load raw materials onto machines according to production specifications Monitor machine performance and adjust feeding rates as needed Maintain a steady flow of materials to prevent interruptions Collaborate with machine operators to optimize production efficiency. Catcher Receive finished products from the machines Inspect products for quality, ensuring they meet our standards Stack, bundle and label products for further processing or shipment Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
