Line Lead

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Line Lead to oversee production line activities and provide leadership and direction to warehouse production employees. This role is responsible for maintaining production flow, supporting quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting with administrative and warehouse management functions. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, leadership ability, and basic computer skills. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct production line employees to ensure efficient operations Promote and maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures Ensure quality standards and production requirements are met Train employees on production processes and procedures Monitor production rates and line performance Conduct routine product inspections for quality assurance Complete required paperwork and production documentation accurately and on time Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) functions related to production activities Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow and production goals Monitor attendance, schedules, and production reporting requirements Support plant operations and assist management with additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous warehouse experience required Prior leadership or lead experience preferred Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment Basic English communication skills required Strong computer and administrative skills Good attention to detail and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse production experience preferred Required Skills & Abilities Ability to work safely around moving equipment and active production areas Ability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts as needed Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership abilities Understanding of quality standards and reporting procedures Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Experience using or learning warehouse systems and computer applications Ability to plan production activities and meet performance goals Ability to work effectively with employees and management teams Performance Expectations Maintain safety compliance Meet production goals and efficiency targets Ensure quality standards are consistently achieved Support employee development and productivity
