DESCRIPTION
The Line Operator packages all syrups, extract and LCC in an efficient manner exceeding customer satisfaction. They ensure all activities are handled in accordance with Finlays Solutions mission, business philosophy, ethics, and goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inspection :
Check bottles for proper labeling, inspect the tightness of caps, check each bottle for syrup spots and overall cleanliness, verify ink jet codes and Julian codes for clarity
Packaging :
Pack and check each case to ensure proper bottle quantities, remove boxes from conveyor belt and palletize for shipments
Work Area:
Maintain a clean workspace removing trash as needed, following Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and reporting issues to department supervisor. Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
Basic understanding of production processes, food safety knowledge preferred
Forklift :
Forklift certified or willing to obtain
Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours or stay later to finish work when needed
WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Production Setting:
The role is primarily based in a production/ warehouse setting with wet, hot and humid conditions
Team Collaboration :
Frequent interaction with team members and other departments, requiring effective communication and collaboration.
Noise Level:
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, with some loud noises
Mobility :
Required to stand, walk, bend and stretch for duration of shift
Lifting :
Ability to lift 50lbs regularly

Exhibit an understanding of quality and food safety standards and be able to speak about the Finlays Solutions quality and food safety system and your role in it. Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner so that the customer is put first, always. Participate fully in Finlays Solutions programs that drive continuous improvement methodologies.
