Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of aviation facilities, managing line service activities, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also involves building/grounds maintenance, coordinating facility-related tasks, and fostering a collaborative and effective team environment. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and People Management experience Proficiency in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Knowledge of aviation operations and safety practices is a plus High school diploma or GED required; additional certifications in facilities management or aviation operations are advantageous Apply to mmion@gca29d.com
