Line Support Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting job specifications to determine material, machine setup, and packaging requirements
• Operating and monitoring equipment such as saws, drill and punch presses, mills, and machinery
• Performing finishing tasks including cutting, trimming, winding, and de-flashing extruded products
• Accurately positioning workpieces using stops, layout marks, and tooling guides
• Operating machinery using controls such as buttons, pedals, and manual adjustments
• Inspecting finished pieces for defects and ensuring conformance to specifications
• Using measuring tools and instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards
• Removing burrs, debris, and contaminants from products to ensure proper finish
• Completing minor assembly and assisting with packaging activities including boxing, labeling, stacking, and transporting materials
• Entering production and quality data into tracking and ERP systems
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environments while handling scrap materials properly
• Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Requirements for

Line Support:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
• Familiarity with quality and measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ability to work in varying temperatures up to 80 degrees
• Basic math skills, including ratios/fractions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
